Mermaid’s christmas wishlist 2023

It’s back and not better than ever… but we are here!

Here is a curated (our way of saying smaller than usual) Mermaid’s wishlist for 2023.

COSTUMES / BATHERS / TOGS

Zoggs have hit it out the park… or maybe pool with this cossie. We loved their cold water Sirene suit but in order to make it perfect for us, we needed it change to pink/purple and made into a racer back…e voila!

Robes

With so many robes on the market, it is hard to know what the best one to choose – for that I would recommend joining OSS facebook group and searching for robe recommednations as there is plenty of sound advice to help you but in the meantime we are just suggesting these based on the gorgeous colours. Bluebird ones were spotted by these mermaids at Shepperton this year and the colours are **chef’s kiss**. Link below is to Shepperton site where currently (As of 23/11/23) they are in a sale.

Clothing

Outdoor Swimming socks from Ghost Robes. Because what better way to let people know what your favourite hobby is (if they couldn’t tell by the wet hair and smells of pond/chlorine coming off you) whilst also keeping your feet warm / warming them up. These socks are made of merino wool and designed to easily slide on post swim!

Lu Cornish has featured at least once before in our mermaid wish list but her new range of clothing required her featuring again for 2023. The colours and designs are beautiful but this is our fav!

Books

If you are a lover of sea pools or even are just intrigued by them then this book is the one for you. Beautifully put together by Chris Romer-Lee, this book showcases an exisquiste collection of sea pools whilst acting as inspiration for future road trips. Long live the Sea Pool!
